Cancellation: Because of our small size, cancellations affect our family business significantly. A last minute cancellation gives us little chance of filling the space due to our country  location. For these reasons, we have a strict cancellation policy. The deposit, less a cancellation fee of $50, will be returned to you if notice of cancellation is received by us no later than 8 weeks prior to the date of arrival for weekly and non-weekly bookings. If a cancellation is made less than 8 weeks  prior to your arrival date, no refund will be possible regardless of the reason, unless we get the cottage rented for your entire original booking dates.  We reserve the right to reject any application or terminate any reservation at any time.  A reservation is a firm contract and no refund will be made for late arrival or early departure.

Please bring your kitchen/bath towels & sheet sets.
